In the second half of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to the family of sports. Although her father was a bodybuilder, her siblings also played activities like hockey on ice. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014, after winning the NPC USA Championships. But she first started in 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. She maintained a ninth-place finish for the year 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth place at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her highest performance. However, the "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop fitness due to health reasons.
